  Awful experience. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a vehicle. First, the finance guy, Brian, says it will be 10 minutes and he’ll have everything ready for me to sign. 45 minutes later, as they’re closing, he comes and gets me, saying there was something urgent that needed to be taken care of ahead of me. Whatever, I was fine with that but then he gives me a title application to sign and walks out of the room. After looking at it, it’s a title app for a different vehicle and different person. He came back, found the right paperwork and I sign everything. After that, he nearly forgot to have me sign a release on my trade-in vehicle and seemed more concerned about “going out for pizza and beer” after work. He even invited me to go (I didn’t). So the next day, I get an email that Brian accidentally gave me both copies of the contract and I had to take a picture and email it to them. Here’s where things get annoying. So I was titling the vehicle in Michigan and paperwork was to be sent through the dealership’s 3rd party titling company. I was given a 30 day temporary plate and told I should receive my title in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks and a few days before the temporary plate was to expire, I followed up with the dealership to see if they knew when my plate and registration would arrive. After a day waiting I received an email that said I needed to sign a power of attorney paper for the titling company. After a little more pressing, I was told by Brian that the titling company made a mistake and accidentally read the “MI” as a “WI” and they tried to title my vehicle in Wisconsin so they needed a new signed and notarized form. None of this made sense, as it seems pretty tough to confuse an MI as a WI. So I followed up with the titling company to get to the bottom of everything. The titling company said they didn’t receive the paperwork until a week before the plate was going to expire and that the dealership were the ones who made the mistake. I asked them to send me a copy of the paperwork and sure enough, it had a “WI” typed on it. After finding all this out, I have Brian another opportunity to come clean, thinking maybe I misunderstood what he told me the first time. Again, he said the titling company thought it was supposed to be titled in Wisconsin. So, after being lied to again, I took matters into my own hands and sent everything directly to the titling company. I confronted Brain on his misleading comments and he said he would forward my emails to his general manager. I never heard from the general manager which leads me to believe he 1. Never forwarded them or 2. The manager got them and just never felt the need to follow through with me. Either way the customer service I’ve experienced has been terrible. TWO MONTHS after purchasing the vehicle I finally had plates and registration and could legally drive it. Did I mention I also got pulled over after the temp plate expired? Go somewhere else for a vehicle.
