  We were really pleased with Choice Cut and our landscape design. Everything looked great. When winter was approaching, we reached out to the company to ask what we needed to do to prep for winter. They said that we didn't need to do anything. We were very pleased to hear we had such low maintenance landscaping!
  
  When spring rolled around and 5 of our plants didn't grow back, we were disappointed, but knew that we had a year guarantee. This is when things got bad. We had to reach out to the company 3 times before the even responded to us about the issue. They said there was no guarantee on the perennials, which was understandable. What wasn't acceptable was that they said we did not properly maintain the plants. They said we should have cut down the plants before winter. When we forwarded them the email from the fall that had asked them what was needed for winter prep, they didn't accept responsibility, but continually blamed us for not maintaining the plants and even called us unreasonable. It was very disappointing that things went sour and that this company doesn't care about customer service or taking responsibility for not giving proper care instructions even when they were requested.
