  Hotel was nice, shuttle from airport was a complete joke. We waited over an hour with 2 kids for the shuttle. When we called to see where it was, we were told 15 minutes the first time and 2 minutes the second call. We then waited another half hour. The driver showed up and told us we were wrong, it wasn’t an hour. He had to leave hotel guests behind as there wasn’t enough room for everyone. On the ride back they called him on the radio and told him he needed to pick up a VIP guest at the casino. So unless you are VIP, there’s a chance you’ll end up waiting as well. The others ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel.

  Worst customer service EVER experienced at a hotel. We had a double room booked weeks in advance, but when we arrived we were told they were all out of those, and that my travel companion and I would have to share a single bed. When I tried to get a refund, the manager refused to issue one AND blamed us for booking through a third party website (in this case it was Expedia). So... if you're like most people and you don't book directly through the property website, please consider what you might be getting into. They claim that they can literally deny you the service you paid for.
  
  The hotel itself was actually really not worth it for the price, either. Never staying at this location or another Marriott-affiliated property again.
