  I worked with Doug, Alfredo and others this past Saturday. I setup an appointment beforehand, so when I arrived the bike I wanted to test ride was gassed up and ready to go! Doug was super helpful and easy to work with. The sales process was no-nonsense, and Doug answered all my questions.
  
  Post-sale, Doug had me go through a roadmap, which got me introduced to the parts department, and the service department. The service department gave me a great overview of all the details of my new bike, which I found extremely helpful as a brand new rider.
  
  Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience!
