  They don’t even deserve a one star. Bought a 2014 Mercedes GL450 and less than a year needed a $14,000 engine. Bought a warranty from Jidd that should of covered it with a deductible of $250 but warranty company is making us pay $4000 for the repair. When we first bought the car we needed to get all 4 new tires and new struts plus all the fluids changed. The car was not well maintained AT ALL. They took advantage of the fact it was a girl buying the car. The sales person Stuart said that the detail program was mandatory and we had to buy it for $750. So we bought it and when we got the car detailed they ended up backing the car into a post while detailing the car. Before you buy the car they treat you with the best customer service and say everything you want to hear...Said we have the best warranty. Well the best warranty would cover a repair they said would be covered and not make us pay $4000 for it.. Don’t buy from Jidd Motors and definitely don’t buy from the sales person named Stuart. Was recommended by a close friend to go to Jidd motors and our sales person ended up talking bad about our friend to us. Not professional at all.
