Truck driver. Workers are cool here but this place can get backed up with trucks. Never really had to wait for a dock, but I've had times I was loaded in an hour and one time I was loaded in 6 hours. Seems either late appointment or early afternoon is best if you can swing it. I did have an issue about the check in and check out times they write on their sheet. The time i was loaded after 6 hours (was 30 min early to my appointment too, which I'm not counting) I saw the guy check me out and was going to put the time and he saw they put I was loaded 3 hours earlier than I was, so he kind of hid the sheet from me viewing it. I ended up still getting my detention, but it wasn't easy (not that they have anything to do with this, but they put the times down which I'm sure are back referenced). Other than that, they are nice people and seem to try and get you in and out if possible. The docks aren't horrible, but a little tight especially when other truckers dock crooked. Oh and don't ask about dropping a trailer. I run a dedicated out of here and wanted to set up having a drop trailer to save detention and waiting (my yard is 2 min away), but they won't even consider it, they'll only allow their company to use spots to drop.
