This is the only McDonalds I have been to that on countless times forget items that you have ordered over and over again. Perhaps their to busy to check or just don't care but it is very frustrating to get home and notice your missing 1 or 2 items from your order and then need to turn around and drive back. I have since took it upon myself to make sure every thing I order is in the bag now probably something I should have always done but I figured these are people who are being paid to make sure they provide you with your food and a professional service so I trusted everything would be as it should. Also Please remove the 24 hour sign from your store since your no longer a 24 hour location that would be helpful for people who drive to your location thinking your open 24/7.

The worst branch ever. So I paid for 2 extra caramel and they messed them up (I attached the pictures). So I asked the lady to change them but she told me NO these are extra and her Mgr. Artizirana or something like that (an old lady with white hair) came and both are so rude. Both are also argue that no chips will be add to the happy meal except the mini or nothing. I told them I'm a regular customer why they treat me like this, they told me we are the staff who working many years and we know what are we doing. So I advise you people to be careful from this branch and good luck.. ;)
