  I live out of town, took my car to my towns dealership and they informed me that I need a wheel bearing on the tire... The tire I told them where I heard the noise from.
  It was the holidays and was visiting friends in DesPlaines, thought to get a second opinion from Quick Service since it was near the area. Mechanics discovered I needed wheel bearings on both front wheels. I gave my towns dealership an earful because they were going to charge me twice as much for only one wheel bearing, talk about a scam.
  I was very happy with service, present manager was very friendly and funny. Ed kept me informed through the process of repair. There were also nice enough to advise me that they noticed the tire thread was low on both tires and I would need new ones soon which I asked for a quote from them. Needless to say I waited to get back into my town for a second opinion on tires and Quick Service was right! Thread counts were at 2 & boy did my dealership get another ear full!
  It's difficult to find good mechanics with great customer service so thank you quick silver. I will return for my new tires!

  Frankly, if you enjoy speaking with a service manager who is smart mouthed and outright rude, this is your place! Seriously, this place is unprofessional and rude. They willl overcharge you if you don’t know your actual part prices and you’ll end up with a massive bill and a headache from the customer service. As someone who sells parts, I can guarantee this is true. If there were 0 stars, this place would derserve it. Management is 0/10. Was better when Jose ran it
