DO NOT patronize this business. My alternator went out and I went to this location because of where my car stopped. The mechanics appeared to be friendly and helpful, as they explained that they wee unsure of whether the battery or alternator were the issue. On the date when the incident occurred, I already had a battery that was still under warranty. I could've removed the battery and came back with a new one.The mechanics offered to get a battery delivered, and once they tested the new battery, I would be able to return it to their parts dealer without a problem. They stated that this was a practice that they dealt with all the time. They asked that I pay cash for the battery, so that it would be easier to return. I proceeded to get the battery through them , due to time constraint. They replaced the battery, which was not the issue.

I drove off the lot and got two blocks before realizing that it was my alternator which needed to be repaired. My car blatantly stated on the dashboard that the new battery was not charging and that my stability was inactive. I immediately returned to the lot and asked that my alternator be replaced. The mechanic ,Jose, quoted me one price, which I agreed to , as I stated I would be back when the work was done. About an hour later, I received a call from Dane, who notified me that the price would be $86 more than what I was quoted. Due to time constraint and the fact I needed my car, I did not argue.Hours later, I returned to pick up my car. I attempted to pay for the alternator with a credit card, when I found out that the store did not have an active credit card machine, and that had been the case for "a while."

I was asked if I could provide a check, to which I agreed. I ran home to get my check book to pay them before the closing of business, although I could have taken my time paying them since I had taken possession of my car and it was their fault that they did not have any active methods of accepting credit payments. Nevertheless, I paid them on time. When I asked about returning the battery, i was told that the "parts dealer" would not accept any returns, despite enthusiastic claims just hours prior. I asked to speak with the manager, Dane, who was on site, but unavailable. Dane stated that he would call me later once he spoke with the manager of the "parts dealer." I called the shop for two days after Dane was supposed to call me back, and was never able to get in touch with him. I decided to visit the shop, as spoke with Jose, who stated that he believed that Dane had called me. Jose told me"obviously that meant that the parts dealer said no. I thought that my experience of the up-charge and lack of communication was an isolated incident, but after viewing the reviews, I can only agree that this place will not hesitate to scam you out of a few extra dollars, if given the opportunity. If I could have posted this without any stars, then I would have.
